I dislocated my shoulder today and after going to the doctor i was told that with surgery and therapy i will potentially be out 6 months from physical activity. Ive been working so extremely hard at the gym and playing basketball lately that I'm scared of losing my basketball skill and weight gains. What can I do to minimize the hit all the rest will do to my body?
Edit: Also curious to know should i continue taking my creatine and protein?
