I feel like shit...
Usually I exercise for 2 hours minimum every day at 2 PM and I do HIIT, tabata, strength training.
Couple days ago my doctor told me I have to start taking some energy drinks because I would usually have breakfast and then fast until the next day so I started to get weak and overexercised.
Today I have to take that drink at 3 PM and then I have to go to my doctor which means I won't be able to exercise until 6 or 7 PM!!!
Does this mean that I won't burn enough calories or that it won't be as effective if I exercise at 6 instead of 2 pm??!!
Right now its 2 PM and I'm crying like idiot because I feel like shit and like I'm gaining weight and losing muscles!
