For the specific goals i want to focus in on, whats a good minimal starting plan or point

I know theres info online but its so much and so overwhelming so i need help.

Goals: 1-bigger butt (mine is nonexistent), 2-flat stomach (my stomach isn't horrible, its close to flat on certain days if i suck in, but i want it to be flat-ish and more toned overall around my stomach, lovehandles, oblique area without having to suck it in) 3-stronger back(because imo its the foundation of a good physique and also cause i study/work a lot and it hurts occasionally cause of my boobs)

My question is, how do i start if i want something minimal to start off then i can always try to add things in later on. At the moment i want to focus on trying not to flake and being consistent and dont expect any drastic results but obviously i want to see a little change at least, something to keep me going. Any help is appreciated!
