Hello! I was hoping for some help too see if there was any exercise I could do to help flatten my somewhat puffy soft pecs. I'm a pretty skinny guy and still in high school so I don't think losing overall weight would actually be healthy for me as I've bordered on underweight in the past but I'm just built to have an extra little puff in pecs. Is there any exercise that could help pull that back or make it not look as man boob like?
