Hi,
I recognise that I really need to be doing fitness and strength training at the moment (as much as ever) as a 20 year old male. Typically I play a lot of field hockey, and got really into brazilian jiu jitsu (though found that was too time consuming whilst going to university so don't get to do it as much as I would have liked). Essentially I love doing activities involving exercise, but find just going to the gym or going for a run really boring.
Does anyone have any good suggestions for ways to workout, or keep fit, which are enjoyable during this lockdown? My concern is that if I just lift weights, or aim to go on runs, I'll never stick to my schedule and I won't be doing much more than I'm doing at the moment.
