I‘m 21 yo, 6‘2ft and i weight 192lb. I‘m a fairly skinny guy and now want to gain some weight. Mainly muscle of course with a little fat.
Right now I‘m eating ~3500cal a day with a distrubution of carbs 55% protein 25% and fat 20%.
I often hear that fat is more important than people think and that i should eat more fat. Is that right or am I on the right track?
