Hello, I’m a 24 yo female I’m 5’4” and weight about 136. In high school I was a cross country runner. In college I lost a lot of my fitness motivation, but I have managed to stay moderately active over the years. Recently I’ve been getting back into the flow of things with consistent workouts. My fitness goals aren’t necessarily to lose weight but to tone everything. My issue is I’m getting a bit overwhelmed with what routines to follow and how to truly get results. This last month I see my legs/arms/stomach getting more toned but I feel like I’m missing some structure in my workouts. I’m wondering if anyone has tried any online fitness programs or online trainers and what your thoughts were on them? Also any suggestions for trainers and programs are welcomed as well! I think I’d be most interested in a personal trainer that can help me tailor my workouts to my specific goals. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
