I’ve been starting to work out again, and my first 2 arm workouts consisted of pull ups with it, but then next workout i literally couldn’t do any pull ups. I don’t know what’s wrong, i’ve let myself rest for a few days and still couldn’t do one. There’s no pain, nothing really showing me what exactly is causing it. I’ve also been getting some random small bursts of fatigue so maybe that’s related to it, but i’m just hoping that somebody could steer me to the right direction.
