So with this lockdown crap, my days have been rather grey. It's like state forced depression lol. I already workout once in the morning, do a cold shower and eat, but the rest of my day isn't productive enough for me. Now that its getting hot as balls where I live (we just got to our first triple digits of the season) I can finally use my pool! So, would it be bad to workout in the morning like I've been doing (usually strength, functionality, a bit of cardio) but add a pool workout later in the day? (Cardio, strength stuff.) I eat well enough for my body to be able to be properly fueled if I worked out this way. Is there any insight here? Any idea how if would affect my gains? How I should change my rest days? I currently have one active rest day a week where I do yoga. Thank you in advance! I'm also female.. if that matters.
