Reading reviews and looks like I'd like to incorporate building muscle into the Insanity routine.
I see hybrids... but is there anything wrong with doing 3 days of Insanity, taking a rest day and then doing 3 days of Body Beast?
I see hybrids that switch it every day so was just curious what people here thought.
I'm skinny fat but at 16-17% body fat and on the verge of being a "little" bit too skinny so was hoping to add some muscle. I'd say the only issue fat wise is that I don't have a legit 6 pack and have a slight beer belly.
