So I’ve recently began walking in the morning when I wake up, about 2-3 miles. I’m not a huge fan of eating that early so I usually go on an empty stomach, but I do drink water before. Is this ok to do? I know this has been asked probably thousands of times but I want to know your personal beliefs. Ive read some where that said it helped you burn more stored calories, while other places say it’s not true and it’s better to eat before.
