I’ve been working out 6 days a week for the past 9 months. I have always been motivated to continue working out. I’ve dieted throughout the time and continue to see improvements to my physique. However, I am on month 10 and I feel like I have lost all my drive and focus. I’ve started training 5 days and week and incorporated morning runs to try something new. Before you call me a pussy, This entire month I have had 0 urge to workout but I still forced myself to get up and do it. Although I got up and did it, they felt like some of the worst workouts I have had. I feel like I have no energy and drive during the workout. Anyone ever run into this problem and have any tips for getting back at it?
