Hello guys, not sure if i should be posting here but i'll give it a try. I've been losing weight and bodyweight train for about a year and this is my current state https://imgur.com/a/gs346mY . At first i thought i had to lose even more weight because my goal was to be lean and have abs ,but then i realised that i may not have enough muscle mass to even cut into so i thought that my best bet was to start lean bulking and get some muscles on my frame.
Do you think i need to slow bulk or maybe cut a bit more?
If slow bulk is the answer, for how long or how many pounds should i get before starting to cut again?
