Shitty Workouts at during my Cut

Hey guys, I'm about 9 weeks into my cut (2 weeks left) and i have to say, my energy levels are at an all time low. Like more than at the beginning of the cut. I'm getting enough sleep (7-8 hours each night) and I try to get as many carbs and proteins into my caloric limits. I guess what I'm trying to ask is that is this normal? to feel sluggish while at a deficit? it's not a huge deficit (1-1.5 pounds/week)
