So I’ve been at my summer house for about 2 months and don’t a scale. I based most of my eating and workouts on how I looked. If I looked like I had a bit extra or ate too much the day before I would skip a meal and just go 2 meals on the next day. I mostly workout to maintain and get a better physique so is it a bad idea to go based on how I look and occasionally check my weight.
For now I think Im doing decent but just need to shed a bit fat.
