Started trying to be healthier recently (like very recently) by cutting out drugs and drink and trying to exercise. My main problem is my stomach, I've always been thin but I've gotten fat in my stomach and just my stomach, I haven't put weight on anywhere else so I'm trying to work on my abs but every and I kean literally EVERY single ab work out i try, seems to work out everything except my abs, obviously I'm doing something wrong and I've tried to correct my body and posture but to no avail. I really dont know what to do and I'm beginning to get frustrated. I dont know if anyone will be able to help but I suppose asking is better than not
