So after about a 3 week break, i began hard training again. My deadlift pr prior to the break was about 275 and my bench pr was about 210. Ive been taking the gym and eating seriously post break now and now my deadlift has shot up to about 315 in the past two weeks meanwhile my bench has seemed to stagnate around 205. Im 19, bodyweight is 151, and am 5’10. Curious about what could exactly be happening here.
