I’ve been in the gym 4-5 days of the week for the past few years but due to personal reasons I need to cut back to what’s likely 3, maybe ; trips some weeks. I generally did a two day split and worked in some cardio and yoga.. I’m fine where I’m at and looking to maintain. I also want to make sure I’m doing at least one day of cardio so that leaves 2 days for lifting in most weeks.
Should i be doing compound full body both times? Vary exercises each time? Any other advise?
