Hi guys. I'm a 21 years old male who started to pursue a healthier life recently. However, due to the lack of experience, I am currently confused about what I should do. Not long ago, I noticed some extra, unnecessary fat on my face and belly, which makes them seem pretty chubby. The thing is, my torso is extremely skinny, especially my arms and chest. I have no idea if I should do something to lose weight because I am not sure if doing cardio or weight training will let me get rid of those unneccessary fat. I just want my face look more skinny, to be honest.
My current stat: 174cm, 64kg, 21.1 BMI
I appreciate any suggestions or advice.
