Not all of us here at r/Fitness have access to full gyms, so we have to make places like Planet Fitness work. This template follows the MetallicDPA PPL routine reworked to fit the equipment available there.

I was running the MetallicDPA PPL routine at my college gym, but had to switch to PF once I graduated. I found a comment u/Steelehunter made a comment regarding their version of the routine that they run at PF and it was a huge help to me. To keep track of my workouts, I tweaked u/Mobius000's template to fit the changes.
Feel free to use this template for your own workouts and make whatever adjustments fit your situation best.
