So this is going to be my third day of doing kegel exercises. I have been doing these exercises to get rid of mild erectile dysfunction. I mostly due the bridge kegel, where you raise the lower half of your body up, while the shoulders and upper back stay on the ground, and your legs are planted foward. When the lower half of body is up, do I clench/tighten my pelvic floor, or do I not clench it? Also along with the other kegel exercises am I supposed to be clenching my pelvic floor? I want the best results.
