I superset DB OHP with pull ups, and rest 4 minutes in between each set. So what I do is a set of OHP, rest 4 minutes, a set of pull ups, rest 4 minutes, a set of OHP and repeat till I complete 6 sets of each.
This allows me to do several max effort sets by providing adequate rest between sets without drawing out the workout too much. What do you guys think about it?
