Tips on how to overcome "Hank Hill Ass"

I'm a not super in shape but not out of shape guy. I walk my husky twice a day and lift once or twice a week. I'm just not super disciplined about it. I'm not lifting heavy, mainly bar work or up to body weight because I'm finding deficiencies i never addressed because of my late start.

So all that said, my ass isn't flat like a board but the outer edges of my ass (like where your back pockets would be) are dimpled inward (concave?) but the center sticks out like i would expect.

To keep things simple I've mainly been focusing on the "Strongman" lifts, so squats and deadlifts for lower body. I've also been focusing on yoga and loosening up my hamstrings (i severely lack hip flexibility), which has helped fill out muscles in my ass and inner thighs i never noticed before.

Would something like lunges help round out my cheeks?
