How to progress with the hip hinge?

So i recently found that I have a lot of lumbar flexion when doing bent over rows. After doing a bit of digging, I learned that the hip hinge movement is the best thing to stretch the hamstrings. None of the stuff I came across had any recommendations for holding the hip hinge or doing “reps” to progress. How should I work my way to a horizontal back with no lumbar flexion?
